Age Restrictions

Yes. I am currently not accepting clients under the age of sixteen. However, I am more than happy to make a set of custom press-ons.

Cancellation

Cancellation will result in a forfeit of your deposit; however, if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, I will reschedule free of charge. If there are extenuating circumstances for the cancellation, please reach out. We are all human and sometimes life happens.

Guests

As a home-based nail tech, I would prefer you did not bring guests. That being said, there is space for one additional person in my studio, so you may bring one guest if necessary.
Children

I strongly advise against bringing any children to your appointment; however, I recognize that it may be required in certain cases. If you bring a child, they will not be allowed outside of my nail studio and will be under your supervision and control. Should your child break or damage anything, you are required to pay for a replacement.

Pets

I do not allow pets for nail appointments. As per ADA, task-trained service animals are allowed. I ask that you let me know in advance so I can ensure my dogs are off the premises.

Press-On Policy
Returns

I cannot accept returns for press-on nails because it is a health and safety issue. If you have a problem with your press-ons, please contact me and I will work to make it right.

Sizing

The only way to guarantee correct sizing is to purchase one of my sizing kits and try them on. I will not refund any issues with press-ons stemming from sizing issues. Please ensure you have the proper sizes before placing an order.
Custom Press-ons

To create the perfect set of press-ons, I will check in with you before sending out the final set. I will allow you to change the color/design/shape twice before I have to charge extra for changes. Please keep in mind that I will essentially be making two or three sets of press-ons that I may never get to sell.
